Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. In periods of high demand (e.g., book fairs, festivals) dispatch may take up to 3–4 business days.
2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or supply disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below this threshold a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged. Express shipping options, where available, will be shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with an AWB (Air Waybill) number. You can track live shipment status on our Track Order page.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts the order will be returned to us. You may contact us to arrange re-dispatch; additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before accepting and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
